Moves both governance pin surfaces of this repository from 2024a4884b314df99be457618be9c3b48a0287f7 to generation M 7c2238d6185e59d446586688ca7db32e6a17d3e0 (declared by libre-ai/project-governance#42):

  • .github/workflows/code-validation.yml: uses: …/validate-composition.yml@ and tooling_ref:
  • project.v1.yaml: pinned: github:libre-ai/project-governance#

Sweep: 3 sites found, 3 changed, 0 left. No github: governance dependency in package.json (file:../project-governance via composition), so bun.lock is unchanged. M's composition diff only renames personal-knowledge-notebook → personal-knowledge-workspace and drops public-vote-comparison; this repository's target name is unchanged.

Generation 7c2238d6 of libre-ai/project-governance (declared in
ecosystem/fleet-pins.v1.yaml by project-governance#42) puts 2024a488 at
the two-generation grace limit. Both governance surfaces of this
repository move together: the reusable composition workflow and its
tooling_ref, and the card's pinned dependency. The composition target
name of this repository is unchanged by M.
