…ta at this repository The workspace install reads only the root bun.lock, so packages/core/bun.lock and packages/relay/bun.lock were never consulted, and the fast-uri overrides of those two member manifests were inoperative (Bun honours overrides from the workspace root only). The members' repository URLs and REUSE download locations named libre-ai/collab-core and libre-ai/collab-relay, both retired on 2026-10-07; they now name libre-ai/collaborative-data-sync. The member READMEs linked ADR-0020 in the retired libre-ai/governance repository; the link now resolves in libre-ai/project-governance.
