The nested project.v1.yaml files under packages/ (and crates/sdk-rs/) are the cards of the short-name donor repositories, carried in by the code recovery. The root project.v1.yaml is the only card of this repository: the authority reads the card path declared by ecosystem/repositories.v1.yaml (the root card), validate-cards globs ecosystem/cards/*.project.v1.yaml and the root project.v1.yaml only, heal-card-status reads the root CARD_PATH, and nothing in this repository's scripts, workflows or packages reads a nested card. Git history keeps the removed files.
