…und (generation Q) - @playwright/test 1.62.1 -> 1.64.0 at the root and in apps/notebook. - Remove the five TODO(playwright-1.64) Firefox prefs browser.tabs.remote.useCrossOriginOpenerPolicy=false (revert of #10): apps/notebook and four notebook-core-v2 qualification files. - DEPENDENCIES.md records the move; the qualification manifest stays on its 1.61.1 evidence toolchain. bun.lock is NOT regenerated in this commit: @playwright/test 1.64.0 was published 2026-10-07T20:44:27Z and minimumReleaseAge (259200 s) refuses it until 2026-10-10T20:44:28Z. The branch bumped @playwright/test to 1.64.0 in package.json but left bun.lock at 1.62.1, so the composition's `bun install --frozen-lockfile` cannot succeed. Regenerated against the composition closure at the refs of the governance manifest (the same siblings CI installs). Prints navigator.storage.estimate presence on the Playwright 1.64 Linux WebKit build to prove or refute the premise of webkit-linux-refusal. Reverted by the next commit. …al by removing the capability Playwright 1.64's Linux WebKit exposes StorageManager.estimate (measured in CI: typeof navigator.storage.estimate === "function", quota "sufficient"), so the webkit-linux-refusal project asserted a refusal the engine no longer produces. The webkit project now runs backup-host on every platform. The refusal is kept by a new webkit-storage-estimate-removed project whose spec deletes StorageManager.prototype.estimate before page load and asserts the removal took effect.
