[BUG] update base image to ubuntu resolute #222
Description
Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues
Current Behavior
The image is still based on ubuntu noble.
Expected Behavior
The next Ubuntu LTS release (resolute) is available and should be used as base image.
Steps To Reproduce
- look at Dockerfile
