fix(lint): inline deprecated reflect.Ptr constant

Summary

• Replace the deprecated reflect.Ptr constant with reflect.Pointer at the two govet inline findings in cmd/nightshift/commands/config.go (printStruct case and isZero case)
• reflect.Pointer is the identical, non-deprecated alias — zero behavioral change
• make lint (golangci-lint) now reports 0 issues; gofmt, go build ./..., and go test ./... all pass

Test plan

• make lint → 0 issues
• go build ./... → OK
• go test ./... → all packages pass
