What changed in this PR
Upgrades Reactor dependencies to the 2025.0.8 release train to address BDSA-2026-31725 while keeping Reactor Core and Reactor Netty aligned.
Changes:
- Defines Reactor Core
3.8.8and Reactor Netty1.3.8version properties. - Adds subproject dependency-resolution overrides for both libraries, with security and alignment rationale.

reactor-core 3.7.x has no fix, so reactor-core and reactor-netty are moved together to the Reactor 2025.0.8 train (3.8.8 / 1.3.8). Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
