What changed in this PR
Adds support configuration for GDK 2604.3.7874 (edition 260403), addressing #204. Real-SDK validation remains pending.
Changes:
- Extends installed and hosted support lists and selects the new hosted default.
- Updates the vcpkg override.
- Adds assertions covering the new support configuration.
