MSRC-authorized, harmless security validation. Do not merge. This emits a single random marker from the PR-selected self-hosted lab runner, performs one outbound HTTPS GET containing only that marker and the public workflow run ID, reads no secrets, creates no persistence, and disables the normal benchmark jobs for this PR. The PR will be closed after evidence is captured.
