chore: match orpc's FUNDING.yml template

.github/FUNDING.yml now uses the same full GitHub template as middleapi/orpc and middleapi/standardserver. The funding links stay the same: GitHub Sponsors (dinwwwh) and Open Collective (middleapi).

Notes

• This change doesn't make the Sponsor button show up. That needs the repository's Sponsorships feature, which is off here but on for orpc and standardserver.

Testing

• File is byte-identical to orpc's and standardserver's FUNDING.yml
• ESLint passes

Reviewed changes

• .github/FUNDING.yml template expansion — the file now mirrors orpc's full funding template; the active entries (github: [dinwwwh], open_collective: middleapi) are byte-for-byte unchanged, and everything else added is comment text plus empty placeholder keys GitHub ignores.

No behavioral surface: no tracked file references FUNDING.yml, and the funding links are identical to before. Mergeable as-is. The note in the PR body is correct — the Sponsor button additionally requires the repo's Sponsorships feature, which is a settings change, not this diff.
