fix(ci): update PR env comment link labels and add Cowork Web link - #57

Renames "Hub (console)" to "Console", "Keycloak admin" to "Keycloak Admin", and "cowork-server" to "Cowork Server API" for consistency. Adds a new "Cowork Web" link pointing to the cowork subdomain root alongside the existing server API link.
