Adds an "Edit request bodies as JSON" section to api-playground/overview.mdx for the new Form / JSON toggle on JSON request bodies (DES-1040). It covers syncing between Form and JSON, properties outside the schema being kept, how invalid JSON is reported, the hover actions to copy or reset to the example, the remembered preference, and which body types don't show the toggle.

Merge after the mint stack ships: mintlify/mint#12561 → mintlify/mint#12562 → mintlify/mint#12563. English only; translations are generated after merge. vale is clean.
