7.1.2 still has the Zip Slip backport, but it does not compile on Android. 7.1.3 is the maintenance-7 release to install. Co-authored-by: Perry <plrthink@gmail.com>

Summary
SECURITY.mdstill told people that 7.1.2 (maintenance-7) was the 7.x security backport. That version does not compile on Android. 7.1.3 is published onmaintenance-7and includes both the Zip Slip / symlink backport and thecompressionLevelcompile fix (#390).SECURITY.mdnow names 7.1.3 as the 7.x release to installlateststays on 9.x. The 7.x changelog itself is updated in #393.Test plan
