docs: feature OpenMAIC local FunASR integration

• document its merged native local FunASR provider, supported models, configuration, and deployment boundary
• add static and Playwright regression coverage for attribution, links, and mobile/desktop layout

• OpenMAIC provider merged in feat(asr): add local FunASR provider THU-MAIC/OpenMAIC#1044
• upstream checks on the integration PR passed
• repository, setup guide, merged PR, and official FunASR links return HTTP 200

Verification

• pytest -q web-pages/product-site/tests tests/test_community_projects_entries.py (83 passed)
• npm test in web-pages/product-site/tests/browser (20 passed)
• two deterministic product-site builds (27 pages, 157 files each; no diff)
• Playwright screenshots checked at 390x844 and 1440x900 for both languages
