docs(repo): refresh mobile shots and shelve the emblem figure - #103

Point the second and fourth Mobile lockup cells at the re-uploaded screenshots, and comment out the Emblem figure until the embroidered emblem shot is ready. Clear the completed Complete Brand page section from the NOW list, including the Cloudinary removal notes, and demote the two Later items to third-level headings so they nest under their section.
