Overflow arrow sits under the taskbar and does not auto-scroll on hover #841

Description

@kiwiman2023

Two related problems with long context menus (Win 10 19045, Shell 1.9.18 portable). Open-Shell was closed. Still happens.Auto-scroll
When the menu is taller than the screen, ▲/▼ appear. Hovering the arrow does not scroll. Classic Explorer menus do. The arrow is small and easy to miss.

Please add hover-to-scroll on that control (mouse wheel on the menu already works if the pointer is on the list).Taskbar overlap
The bottom of the menu, including the down-arrow, is drawn under the taskbar. That makes hover and click worse.

Please keep the overflow control above the taskbar, or offset the menu so it is not covered.

Update: Also useful: an option to replace the ▲/▼ chevrons with a clearer overflow control (for example “More…” or “Overflow” or arrow Overflow) that sits above the taskbar. The current arrow is small and easy to miss when the taskbar covers it.Keep auto-scroll + taskbar clearance as the main ask. Overflow label is extra. One issue is enough.
