Will one flag be sufficient to differentiate the results? I didn't see an experiment brief describing the branch configuration.

For an experiment the flag would be true with english feed false with region feed. Which I think would work with one flag

We are starting to experiment with English and Spanish content feeds in regions where those aren't the defaults. First experiments will be in Germany and France where English content feeds will be displayed with that regions default language ads. We want to be able to see the separate feeds ad metrics to gauge impact.
