- help output of gixpp showing ESQL options, reorderd for group
- gixsql-wapper now also working if built in source-tree
- gixsql-wrapper with explicit handling for version output, missing argument and help
- addition of gixsql.cmd
- README update
* fixing warnings for configure script * moving gixsql wrapper install to the sourcefile that has its distribution setup * fix use of internal version consts in prepbuild

@mridoni: please drop a note if you want the commits to be more/less split note that the last commit is kind of a draft - I need to try to add the new windows script to the installer - if you want to merge before and do that yourself - feel free to do so |
