I’m trying to have an agent dynamically create a device file with three agents connected as an ingestion agent for MQTT. When I give it the following config, it only creates one of the three agent connections. It worked on version 2.4, but when 2.5 came out, it started to only aggregate to one device. In the first set of tests there was a duplicate ID between two devices. Turning on CreateUniqueIds = yes fixed the initialization issue.

When we do not create unique IDs and there is a duplicate ID, we should cause a fatal error in the Agent.
