Got a conflict error with react@>=17.0.0 while installing

### Problem description

I can't intall this package while using react@>=17.0.0

### Link to minimal working code that reproduces the issue

```bash
mkdir foo
cd foo
npm init
npm i --save react@>=17.0.0
npm i react-uwp # This do will throw an error
```
