Accept conventional-commit branch prefixes as label aliases; run on node24 - #7

Branches like feat/, fix/, docs/, perf/ and chore/ failed the check because the prefix had to equal a label name. Map common synonyms to their canonical label and match prefixes case-insensitively. The failure message now lists the accepted labels and aliases. dist/ is rebuilt, which also picks up the dependency updates from fdb1f6a that were never bundled. Runners (2.338) already force the node12 action onto Node 24 with a deprecation warning; declare it explicitly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Branches named with conventional-commit prefixes (
feat/,fix/,docs/, …) failed the labeller check, because the prefix had to match a label name exactly.Changes
Built-in alias map:
feat→feature,fix/bug/hotfix→bugfix,doc/docs→documentation,perf→performance,tests→test,chore→internal.Prefix matching is case-insensitive.
The failure message now lists the accepted labels and aliases.
Rebuilt
dist/, which also bundles the dependency updates from fdb1f6a (they were never rebuilt into it).action.ymlruntimenode12→node24. Runners (2.338) already force it onto Node 24 with a deprecation warning. No input changes, so consumers only need to bump the ref.
