Description
A static site built from the catalog repository: search and collections, a page per plugin with its tier and review mark, what it can do in words, README, versions with diffs, a live terminal recording, compatibility, and an Install button that opens nerd (nerd://install/...) or shows the command. No accounts, no analytics, no cookies, no download counts. It should stand out in beauty, style, function and ease of use.

Done: the portal is nerdterm.dev's catalog section, built from the catalog repository: search and the kinds, a page per plugin (/plugins//) with its rooms, review mark, README, releases with their diffs, its recording and the install command. Since nerdterm/nerd-plugins#18 every page is a real file.
