The catalog end to end: publish, review, install, stars, portal #29
Every step of the chain now works: the catalog is public with the catalog-review environment and the main ruleset; Sessions and Peek entered through reviewed pull requests (nerdterm/nerd-plugins#9, #10); the portal is nerdterm.dev's catalog section. The stars step was the gap: main takes changes only through a pull request, so the daily push was refused. nerdterm/nerd-plugins#16 makes the workflow open and merge its own pull request; its first run wrote stars.json (nerdterm/nerd-plugins#17).
These are cumulative compute, summed from the session transcripts — the main
session and every agent it spawned — and not wall-clock, which includes every
interval nobody was computing. Durations are per-transcript spans and overlap
when agents ran in parallel, so their sum is not elapsed time. Transcript sums
are also a different, smaller metric than a harness-reported usage total; do not
mix the two in one column without saying so.
What happened
The chain works end to end; the one gap, the stars count, was refused by main's pull-request rule and now goes in through its own pull request
