Update setup-pixi to the verified v0.10.2 commit in CI, coverage, CodeQL and release workflows. Preserve pinned actions, workflow permissions and all existing checks. Sensor compatibility is unchanged.
Supersedes #20 on the current main branch, resolving conflicts with action pinning added since the original PR.
Validation: actionlint and git diff checks passed. Target action SHA values were verified against upstream tags. Existing hosted CI will validate the combined current source; no extra product or release tests were added.
