Update the documentation dependencies on current main, consolidating #3, #4, #5 and #8. TypeScript 7 removes the inherited
baseUrloption, so use an equivalent standalone configuration with explicit Node 22 and React types. Update React, formatting tools and SHA-pinned Actions together, and regenerate the lockfile with the existing pnpm 11.18 toolchain.Validation: frozen dependency installation, TypeScript checking, production Docusaurus build, formatting, built-site checks and actionlint pass locally. The existing CI and Cloudflare preview gates validate the final PR. Published SDK references, release policy and Cloudflare settings are preserved. ROS #20 and its C++ compatibility change are deferred.
