The v0.2.0 tag release failed before any job started: the reusable package workflow requests
actions: read, while its caller only grantedcontents: read. Grant the required read permission without changing the protected publication environment.Advance the development candidate to 0.2.1 and retain the unpublished 0.2.0 tag as history. Package code is unchanged from PR #24, whose macOS integrity and real backend startup checks passed.
Validation: actionlint, version consistency, and required PR gates. This remains a development prerelease; publisher signing and notarization are deferred as authorized.
