Emoji picker could suit a few adjustements

Regarding the emoji picker in RC4, there are few things I'd like to mention:

1. It's taking too much of the message input field space.
   
   Could the emoji button be moved a bit more to left or maybe give the two buttons a seperate island kind of like Messenger style?

2. It's too small. It should be expandable like you see here:

Personally I will still use my keyboard's emoji picker as I can search gifs there, have my stickers, etc... but I get that it may be better for some users to use the apps emoji picker.

The padding of the emoji button is the same as in older versions and will be kept because of a11y.
But i agree that especially for smaller screen that's useful wasted space when typing long messages.
Other messengers have only the emoji button on the left while having the attachment button on the right, maybe that would improve UX a bit although it would not give more space.
However it's not a prio for now.
