Do not update to v1 in order to avoid the "sending of metrics about the performance" as announced in https://www.npmjs.com/package/@mediapipe/tasks-vision

Latest possible version without telemetry should be 0.10.35 but i suggest to keep 0.10.26 just to be sure.
For a long term solution we might have to evaluate alternative libs.
