Updated the mobile Files filters to match the desktop layout by showing separate bold
TypeandModifiedchips. Removed the redundantBack to filtersbutton, fixed popover outside-click behavior, and prevented the legacy filter menu from flashing during close.Set the visibility of Files Settings in the side panel of files section.
