feat: add Bruker NanoScope AFM support

Summary

• Add support for NanoScope .spm images, force curves, and PeakForce Capture .pfc datasets
• Merge matching PeakForce companion image files into one logical dataset
• Add calibrated AFM maps and synchronized approach/retract force-curve views
• Persist AFM datasets and expose AFM metadata through CLI inspection
• Support recursive folder import with companion-file deduplication
• Document AFM import behavior in English and Simplified Chinese

Calibration

• Resolve referenced NanoScope channel sensitivities
• Apply deflection sensitivity and valid spring constants to displayed force data
• Preserve usable stored units and report missing calibration

Validation

• Added parser, calibration, persistence, layout, and interaction tests
• cargo pr-check passes
• Documentation build passes
