Tags v0.7.6 through v0.7.10 were cut without bumping package.json, so the release workflow's version guard rejected every one. Those tags are deleted; this bump lets v0.7.6 be tagged on main. Bumps package.json and package-lock.json from 0.7.5 to 0.7.6 so v0.7.6 can be tagged on main.
Tags v0.7.6 through v0.7.10 were pushed on Dependabot merge commits without a version bump. The release workflow's version guard failed all five runs, so no release was published. Those tags are deleted. Once this merges, v0.7.6 gets tagged on the merge commit.
