Closes #2650 Chain ID 988 is Stable Mainnet, not SEDA — confirmed by the existing \`constants/additionalChainRegistry/chainid-988.js\` registry entry which already declares \`chain: \"stable\"\`, \`name: \"Stable Mainnet\"\`, \`shortName: \"stable\"\`, RPC at \`https://rpc.stable.xyz\`. The \"seda\" mapping was added incorrectly in commit 84b1f11 alongside chain 964 (bittensor_evm). \"seda\" doesn't reference any other entry in \`constants/chainIds.js\`, so this fix is contained to one line. * Add Sentrix Chain (mainnet 7119, testnet 7120) Sentrix is an open-source Layer 1 blockchain (Rust + EVM via revm) with DPoS+BFT consensus and 1-second blocks. Mainnet: chainId 7119, RPC https://rpc.sentrixchain.com Testnet: chainId 7120, RPC https://testnet-rpc.sentrixchain.com Both entries point at the canonical Sentrix Scan + Blockscout explorers (Blockscout is EIP-3091 conformant; Sentrix Scan is a custom Next.js explorer). * Drop Blockscout entry; Sentrix Scan now EIP3091-compliant Sentrix Labs is consolidating to a single explorer (scan.sentrixchain.com). The parallel Blockscout sidecar is being retired. scan.sentrixchain.com now exposes EIP-3091 routes: /block/<n> /tx/<hash> /address/<addr> /token/<addr> all returning 200 (via locale-prefix redirect chain).
