fix(security): temporary output and HTML images are created 0600 (1.6.1) - #9
Full review 2026-10-28 (Low): the temporary .docx (makeTempOutputPath()) and the images extracted from HTML values were written to sys_get_temp_dir() with the default umask (usually 0644): merged documents (contracts, invoices — PII) were readable by other local users until dispose(). Both are chmod 0600 right after writing. Integration test asserts the mode.
The CHANGELOG uses this bundle's ## x.y.z — date style (not supported by promote.py), so the release commit is in this PR: merging fast-forwards main and v1.6.1 is tagged when ci.yml is green. Also ships the pending Unreleased tooling / docs entries.
