The CLI adds webperf-snippets mcp, an MCP server over stdio with tools, resources and prompts, listed in the MCP Registry as io.github.nucliweb/webperf-snippets. cli/package.json, cli/server.json and the lockfile go to 1.1.0, and the changelog of the CLI lists the server, the message when Chromium is missing and the snippets whose results change since 1.0.0. The root changelog gets the entries of #285, #286 and smoke:cli-package, merged without one.
