…ence Boyd's website-realignment brief, 16 September 2026. Section 4 of the brief is used as written. THE SPLIT THE BRIEF RESTS ON. Agentic Terminal carries the story, Observer Protocol carries the evidence. This page became half of each in the last iteration; this finishes it. A reader arrives holding a determination somebody handed them, and the page's only job is to let them check it. Nine sections become seven. The headline is now "Check a determination without trusting the party who gave it to you." Section 02 is the three things a reader can do here, in the brief's words. Section 03 is the honest boundary, as its own section rather than a caveat: a signature does not establish that you have been shown every record, and we have not solved that. RETIRED, all of it archived verbatim: "A person grants authority once", the rail strip, the gap argument, the refusal register with its Lightning mainnet entry, the ClearingSystemCode:PaymentProduct grammar, the two-card AT comparison, and the genesis section. Four register rows went with them. The register survives intact and re-scoped. Every survivor is word for word: 27.0% of signed records unverifiable, 7 of 908, the decider is a fixture and not a second party, the CDN disclosure, completeness not established. Those rows are the most distinctive asset this site has and none of them is softened here. TWO THINGS FOUND WHILE DOING IT, both corrected in this commit: The archive shipped. It was written to the repository root under a comment asserting that a root .txt is withheld by the publish allowlist. Building the site showed otherwise: `txt` is in ROOT_EXT because robots.txt has to ship. The boundary is the DIRECTORY list, never the extension. Moved to internal/, which is not in DIRS, confirmed by the build output and by /internal/ answering 404 live. The comment now records the mistake rather than the wrong rule. The nav linked /schemas/, which 404s: netlify.toml serves everything under /schemas/* as application/json, so a directory index there cannot render. Repointed at delegation-schema-versions.html, which is the page check-schema-index.mjs actually reads. Also: the page's one em dash is gone from the decider row (the one left, in the section 04 transcript, is the engine's own output and must not be edited), and principle 02 no longer states the retired headline as a commitment. Checks: shared-copy, schema-index, sitemap and the sentence sweep self-test all pass. check-measured-figures fails on three pre-existing figures on origin/master (the hosted verifier moved rc.10 to rc.22 and /verify section 04 records the old ones); not touched here, because verify.html has another session's work in flight. Outbound links fail on four pre-existing 404s under integrate/.

Two things found while doing it, both corrected in the same branch
The archive shipped. It was written to the repository root under a comment asserting a root
