Summary

Promotes staging to main: the developer-docs rewrite, the Astro 7.4 / Node 24.18.0 upgrade, passport dates read from the catalog, the CI and Dependabot changes, and the vendored API spec bumped to odal-node/dpp-engine@22f8d8b46 (#45).

Changes

• Docs: the site is rewritten for developers; the battery is the worked example; supersede, GS1 Digital Link and the DID proxy wording are corrected.
• Landing and docs: passport dates are read from the catalog; the vendored core data includes battery 2.10.
• Tooling: Astro 7.4, Node 24.18.0 pinned through .node-version, link-anchor and external-link checks.
• CI: runs on staging, a daily lockfile advisory scan, grouped Dependabot updates, and PR-title and workflow-lint gates.
• API spec: the nightly sync now opens its PR, so the vendored openapi.yaml is current again.

Checklist

CI runs these on the pull request; run them locally first, since a push to
staging alone runs no CI. Links, spacing, llms.txt and sitemaps read the build, so build first.

• pnpm run test:scripts, pnpm --filter dpp-landing run test:verify and pnpm audit --audit-level high
• If vendored data changed: pnpm run check:openapi and pnpm --filter dpp-landing run check:core (need the sibling repositories; see the README)
• No secrets, credentials, or .env files in the diff
