The Claude / Gemini / ChatGPT source tabs are no longer part of the product and nothing writes imported chat rows. Remove the chat list screen, its source tabs, the /chats route and the app-name filter on chat sessions. The chat detail view opened from chat citations is unchanged. …ge (item 28) Recovered from 67a4228. Adds rag_message_fts with insert/delete/update triggers and an index on (conversation_id, created_at, id); content search uses a bounded FTS MATCH, and the five FTS rebuilds run once per schema version instead of on every launch. Adapted to this baseline: the deleted ConversationSearchList change is left out, and the conversation list still returns every conversation when no page is requested, because nothing here loads older pages yet. VoiceBubble's autoPlay effect was masking three set-state-in-effect errors in the same component: the React-compiler rule bails on a component it cannot analyse, so one violation stopped it reporting its neighbours. Two of the three are fixed here. The third is not, so the masking effect and its prop stay - see below. The persisted speed preference. One effect was doing two unrelated things: copying the prop into state, and writing to the audio element. The write stays an effect, because telling the audio element about a new rate IS updating an external system. The reset becomes React's documented "adjusting state when a prop changes" - compare against the previous prop value during render - which fires on exactly the transitions the effect did, including a change BACK to a value the user had once overridden, and does it before anything renders with the stale value instead of after a second pass. I first wrote this as a derived value keyed by the preference it was chosen against. That was warning-neutral and it read better, but it is NOT equivalent: set 1.5, override the chip to 2.0, switch to 1.0, switch back to 1.5, and the derived version restores 2.0 where the effect restored 1.5. Obscure, reachable, and not mine to decide silently, so the equivalent version shipped instead. The waveform. The decoded envelope is now stored WITH the clip it was decoded from and the match is derived, rather than kept in sync by clearing state in an effect. That also closes a real gap: the old effect only cleared when there was no clip at all, so between one clip's url changing and the new one finishing decoding, the bubble drew the PREVIOUS recording's envelope. It falls back to the transcript-derived shape for that window now, which is already what it draws before any clip has decoded. Complexity paid for, not deferred. The render-phase guard costs one branch, so `totalDuration`/`progress` moved into a named pure helper, which is worth doing anyway: the clamp exists because currentTime can pass an ESTIMATED duration and a progress bar past its own end is a visible glitch. Measured at the real path per PRE-8: 37 -> 36, one better than found. The third, NOT fixed and the reason the prop stays: the transcript auto-open forces the panel open on every change of (showTranscriptInitially, transcript, isLoading) where all three hold, and never closes it, so a manual close persists only until one of them changes again. The rule-clean form latches on the condition's false-to-true transition, which differs in exactly one reachable case: `transcript` is messageToSpeakable(selectedMessageContent(message)) and selectedMessageContent returns the SELECTED VARIANT, so switching variants on the latest voice reply changes the transcript while the condition stays true. The effect re-opens a panel the user closed; the latch does not. Which is correct is not decidable from the code - the prop's own doc, "the latest assistant voice reply opens its transcript without another click", supports either reading - and no test asserts it. The exactly-equivalent alternative guards on the dependency tuple, which means stringifying the whole transcript into a key on every render of every voice row. So the masking effect and `autoPlay` remain, deliberately. A masked error is bad; an unverifiable change to a component the user hears is worse. It is one line to delete once someone who can answer the variant question does. (cherry picked from commit 296c8e7) Recovered for backlog item 36. …ster The dictation overlay printed the accelerator verbatim, so a Mac user holding Option was told to "release Alt+Space" - Electron's REGISTRATION vocabulary leaked into the copy. The overlay hid it behind its own hardcoded 'Option+Space' fallback, which is why the default read correctly while a saved setting did not: two sources for one fact. Collapse them onto the owner that already exists for this. src/shared/device.ts documents primaryModifier as the "single source of truth so shortcut copy never drifts between platforms"; it now also owns the token->label table and shortcutLabel(), and reuses primaryModifier itself for CommandOrControl. The renderer gets a shortcutLabel() wrapper beside deviceNoun/isMac/primaryModifier, and the overlay holds the registered accelerator and derives the hint from it. Naming only - nothing parses, validates, reorders or re-registers a hotkey, and only the modifier tokens Electron defines are translated. Every other token keeps its own spelling and position, so a custom Ctrl+Shift+K still reads as itself. …em 39) Recovered from 7025ea0. The default macOS menu handled Cmd+- before the window saw it and its zoom items did not save the level. The View menu now owns Zoom In, Zoom Out and Actual Size and runs the same persisted zoom as the keyboard handler. Shortcuts in Settings and zoom restore on load were already present. One line, the last hop of the meeting-frames contract: api.crmMeetingFrames(meetingId) invokes `crm:meeting-frames` and resolves the MeetingFrameTimeline that pro/main/meeting-frames.ts projects. Sits with the other crmReplay* bridges because it reads the same capture store through the same Replay reader. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RwwvfNHkF7ohUnbpZ75oZu (cherry picked from commit 2f76cbd) Recovered for backlog item 23. …st settings win A launch setting change (GPU layers, threads, batch size, context, KV cache) stopped and re-initialized llama-server immediately, once per change. Several changes in quick succession therefore raced: two spawns could be in flight at once and an earlier one could win, leaving the engine running arguments the user had already moved past. Restart policy now lives in the engine, where it belongs. Each launch change takes the next request id and joins a single-file queue; a request that is no longer the latest is superseded and never spawns, so at most one spawn is in flight and it always uses the newest settings. A failed respawn is reported to the caller that asked for it and does not poison the queue for the next request. (cherry picked from commit 8f79603) Recovered for backlog item 38. Merged with the item 4 rollback: a failed relaunch restores the previous settings only when no newer launch change is queued. Recovered from the main-process part of 9a09c5d: every settings save printed its key and value to the main-process log. The image steps and guidance fields already save once on blur in this baseline, so that part is not needed. … (item 29) Recovered outcome of 3a3e7b3 in the baseline's ConversationSidebar (the original ConversationSearchList was replaced here). The sidebar keeps the text being typed and hands the chat screen the query once typing pauses for 150 ms, so a keystroke no longer re-renders the transcript and composer. Clearing the search applies at once. The existing debounce and stale-result guard for the content query are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
…pauses (item 38) Recovered outcome of 6bed234. Both fields wrote a setting on every character; they now write 400 ms after the last change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
…e answer cannot win Every character typed into the model search rebuilt the catalog from scratch - filtering, tag collection, credibility scoring and a full sort - inside the render that had to paint the keystroke, and the same work ran again on every download-progress tick. The HuggingFace request behind it had no supersede protection either: only the pending timer was cancelled, so a slow answer for an abandoned query could replace the results already on screen. The typed value now paints on its own and the derived work follows a deferred copy of it; the catalog and search grids, the tag chips and the RAM recommendation are memoised on what they actually depend on; and an in-flight search is abandoned when a newer query supersedes it. Adherence: yes - filtering and ranking already live in pure modules, this only stops the screen recomputing them on every render. Remaining gap: the catalog grid is still not virtualised. It is bounded by the local catalog and the search page size today, so it is recorded rather than fixed. (cherry picked from commit dab83f4) Recovered for backlog item 29. Merged with the baseline's Bonsai ranking: the catalog memo keeps featureRank and bonsaiFits. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
…every connector Both the "ask this connector for…" query and the secrets a catalog connector asks for lived in maps on the connectors screen, so every character re-rendered every connector row and rebuilt the whole catalog gallery. The typed secrets also outlived a cancelled connection, sitting in screen state with nothing to close them. Each is now a leaf that owns its own text: the screen is handed the query when the user pulls and the secrets when they connect, nothing is stored before that, and the secrets go with the form when it closes. The gallery is memoised on the installed list it derives from. Adherence: yes - drafts are UI state in leaves, the connect path is unchanged, and the screen's copies are deleted. (cherry picked from commit ec7203e) Recovered for backlog item 29. Kept the baseline's ready-only gallery filter inside the memo. Every IPC request wrote two lines to disk, and each line did a synchronous stat, mkdir, append and chmod on Electron's main thread - the same path main-process console capture used. At a busy moment that is the thread that serves the renderer doing file I/O instead, and it lands as input lag. Appending is now non-blocking and cannot throw. One owner (diagnostics-writer) keeps exactly one write in flight with one coalesced batch behind it, holds the log open instead of re-checking it per line, and is bounded in records and bytes: past its bounds it drops the OLDEST lines, counts them, and writes how many it dropped. Write failures go straight to the process stream and are counted, never back through the writer. Quit flushes what is buffered, bounded so a stalled disk cannot hold the app open. Format, ordering, redaction, rotation and the 0600 mode are unchanged. Known follow-up needing approval: two cases in diagnostics-log.integration.test.ts read the file synchronously in the same tick as the write and now need an awaited flush. (cherry picked from commit cce2bc8) Recovered for backlog item 25. Kept the baseline shutdown sequence and added only the bounded log flush before quit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
D1 made the file write asynchronous and bounded, and then every line was still printed synchronously beside it. process.stdout.write and process.stderr.write block on a pipe, and the IPC tracer emits an info line when a request starts and another when it completes - so Electron's main thread, the thread serving the renderer, did two blocking terminal writes for every request the renderer made, including the ones a keystroke causes. info is the only high-frequency level, so info is the level that stops printing. warn and error are rare by construction and worth an operator seeing at once, so they still mirror, and OFFGRID_DIAGNOSTIC_VERBOSE=1 restores the whole stream for a developer who wants it. Nothing is lost either way: every level, the per-request trace included, still reaches the private rotating log, and the bounded writer is untouched - buffer limits, oldest-first overflow with its dropped-record count, rotation at 5 MB, one write in flight with one coalesced batch behind it, and the bounded flush on quit. A write failure still goes straight to stderr through the formatter, never back through the writer, and is not gated by the verbose flag. So a burst of requests costs one batched filesystem write per drain rather than one per event, and zero terminal writes. For Seat A, explicitly: console capture is UNCHANGED. console.error and console.warn on desktop main still reach the bounded log and still print, because the capture calls the original method first and only appends beside it. What stopped mirroring is the lines this module generates, not the app's own console calls, so using console.error as a bounded diagnostic channel keeps both properties. … (item 38) The saved-value snapshot was updated before the save finished, so after a failure the close-time flush saw no change and the seed or negative prompt could be lost. A failed save now restores the previous snapshot. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
Release builds use the pinned Pro commit unless pro_ref is supplied, while CI checks out the matching branch. Pinning the backlog head keeps a default release on the same Pro code CI tested. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
… (items 13/14) The change notification already held Pro back after a failed activation, but pro:is-enabled and license:status still reported it, so a new window could unlock screens with no main-process handlers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
…set values (item 4) threads, batchSize and the sampling overrides kept the attempted value when the working snapshot left them unset, so recovery relaunched with the setting that had just failed and saved it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
The length check made SQLite read each pending frame's text in the batch query and in the count after every batch. indexBatch already skips short frames and marks them indexed, so they still drain once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
Enter could pull while a sync ran, and Connect could start a second attempt that overwrote the first one's pending connector and cleanup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
…rch changes (items 29/38) The close-time save read a ref written during render, which a discarded render could leave ahead of the screen. A conversation search changed from outside now cancels a draft still waiting to settle. …m 39) The menu outlives a closed window on macOS, and its zoom items used the first window even after it was destroyed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph

- Around line 560-563: Update the saveSetting flow around
persistedPreferenceValues to distinguish in-flight values from confirmed values,
so unmount cleanup does not mistake a pending save for a persisted one. When a
save fails, retain or retry its value through an owner that survives component
unmount, ensuring the latest image preference is not lost.

…the backlog Real profile database; the embedding model and vector store are the only controlled boundaries, and the model throws if a short frame reaches it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01NLGbSsujqjtnxBLLcnb9Ph
The real connectors screen against the connector service at the preload boundary: a running pull disables Pull, Enter adds no second pull, and a pull starts again once the first finishes.
