The first v0.6.0 run signed, notarized, stapled and verified both universal artifacts successfully, then failed only because the release step had cd'd into DIST and gh could not discover .git. Pass --repo GITHUB_REPOSITORY to view/create/upload. Existing tag stays immutable; retry through workflow_dispatch after merge.
