Updates lucide to 1.55.0, tsx to 4.23.15, web-vitals to 6.2.3, and yaml to 2.9.1.
Playwright stays at 1.63.0: 1.64.0 regresses Chromium navigation to HTTP 204 responses, breaking the existing analytics behavior test. This is confirmed upstream in microsoft/playwright#43279, fixed in #43291, but the fix is not yet published in a stable release. The attempted fixture workaround was removed; the original browser test is unchanged. Revisit the driver bump when the upstream fix ships.
Validation: dependency lock entries align with the manifest; fresh complete docs CI is required on this head, including unit/browser tests, shell artifact build, and Chromium/WebKit visual smoke. No release is involved.
