Summary

Adds Keenable as a web_search backend, next to Tavily, Perplexity, Exa, Brave, the OpenHack gateway and DuckDuckGo.

  • _search_keenable:
    • Calls the free POST https://api.keenable.ai/v1/search/public with no key, or /v1/search with X-API-Key when KEENABLE_API_KEY is set. Sends { query, max_results } and X-Keenable-Title: OpenHack.
    • The snippet is description if present, otherwise the start of snippet, normalized by _result. Hits with no URL are dropped.
  • Selection:
    • KEENABLE_API_KEY picks it after the other user keys and before the gateway, matching the "your own key wins" rule.
    • OPENHACK_SEARCH_PROVIDER=keenable picks it without a key.
    • Nothing changes for current setups.
  • Tests: the keyless override path (endpoint, payload, headers, description preferred) and the keyed endpoint selection.

Disclosure: I work with the Keenable team.
