A user in #questions reported that recipe links on the release pages return "Page not found". For 8.92.1 and 8.92.8, that was missing recipe pages, which the full regeneration in 6707536 fixes. Older changelogs also had 1,141 dead links. The generator stopped using reverse-domain paths (`tech/picnic` became `picnic`) and changed how it encodes `$`. Other recipes have since been renamed or removed.
This matches each link by the recipe name in its link text. 627 links now point to the current page for the same recipe, and 8 point to Moderne docs for recipes that are now proprietary. The other 506 recipes no longer exist under that name, so the name is kept in bold without a link, matching the "Removed Recipes" format.
