…r-compute (Refs #5803) Slice 2 of 4 of the #6336 re-cut (quorum triage-quorum-6336-sizewaiver2-0816Z: SPLIT). Drops the aprender-core dev-dependency (Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock), the ml_tuner_demo use of it, and the doc/book/comment trims that cited it. 279 lines changed. cargo check -p aprender-compute --tests --examples: ok. Re-cut of #6355 on the updated slice 1 (#6354, which now carries only the criteria it ships after the 0826Z FAIL). Adds the dev-dep drop, ml_tuner_demo.rs and doc trims and the matching PMAT-5803 criterion. cargo check -p aprender-compute --tests --examples ok. Retarget to main when #6354 lands. Supersedes #6355. Not armed.
