…4.3 the look-ahead patch (PMAT-440, #349, #431, PMAT-425, PMAT-432) Adds docs/roadmaps/epics.yaml (train and standing epics), the v7.4.3 look-ahead kit, a v7.4.3 section in releases.md, a v7.4.2 status line, and release:v7.4.3 on PMAT-425 and PMAT-432. No code. No tag is created, moved or deleted. Version and split decided by a planted quorum (docs/audits/quorum-epics-v7.4.2-v7.4.3.md): A and B 3/3, plants 0/3.
