Makes 0.5.0 publishable, and makes cargo test compile without the parallel feature again.

  • Take nagoya 0.1.14 from crates.io (published from Release 0.1.14: let a runtime choose its workers' stack size nagoya#17) instead of the feat/stack-size git branch, in both [dependencies] and [dev-dependencies]. crates.io refuses git dependencies, which is what blocked cargo publish.
  • Release frontend_macros 0.3.0. Its symbols! macro now emits the static PREDEFINED_SYMBOL_LIST table instead of Interner::with_extra_symbols; crates.io's 0.2.0 has the old output, so frontend 0.5.0 would not compile against it. frontend now requires 0.3.0. frontend_arena 0.2.0 and frontend_diag_template 0.1.1 are unchanged from crates.io.
  • The timing example builds without parallel. cargo test builds every example, and without the feature there is no sync::set_parallel_executor, so the default test run failed to compile.
  • Drops a comment paragraph a merge left in frontend_facts/mod.rs twice.

Checked locally: cargo test --release --features diagnostics, parallel passes (802 lib tests, every integration test and doctest).

Publish order after merging: frontend_macros 0.3.0, then frontend 0.5.0.

`cargo test` builds every example, and without `parallel` there is no
`sync::set_parallel_executor`, so the default build's test run failed to compile. The two calls
go through `hand_over`, which gives frontend the executor only when the feature is on; without
it the example's pool still runs whole files side by side (`files`), each session serial.
crates.io's 0.2.0 generates `Interner::with_extra_symbols`; the macro in this tree generates
`PREDEFINED_SYMBOL_LIST`, the static table the interner is now built from at compile time.
frontend 0.5.0 compiles only against the new output, and the generated items changed shape, so
this is 0.3.0 and frontend requires it.
crates.io refuses a git dependency, and `Runtime::builder().stack_size` (what the `parallel`
feature and the timing example build their pools with) is in nagoya 0.1.14.
