Pagination - bottom pagination should be using the bottom variant

& DataViewToolbar looks to interfering with Pagination styling.

Some options for this:

Add a prop to DataViewToolbar to prevent wrapping the content in the ToolbarContent and ToolbarItem wrappers.
Add flex-basis/width styling to the Pagination and ToolbarItem wrappers of 100% (either within DataView repo or try to add that to the core PF styling, though that would require us to ensure there's no unintended side effects
Just update the DataView example so that the bottom Pagination isn't being passed to DataViewToolbar. This would match the PF docs for how to use a bottom Pagination for this example implementation (top Pagination, a Table, bottom Pagination).

Option 2 wouldn't require consumer followup, options 1 and 3 would to some degree.
