teal.slice is an R library used in the development of teal shiny modules. It provides:
- a class accepting an array of
data.framesas an input, then supporting basicdplyroperations on the data, - a method returning the code needed to slice the data in the desired way,
- a set of
shinymodules helping to acquire the desired slice of data using ashinyGUI.
teal.slice is developed by Roche, Appsilon, and the wider open-source community. Roche and Appsilon are copyright holders of the project, which is hosted in the pharmaverse GitHub organisation.
