Require the released phpnomad/db 2.2.4 instead of a development branch - #31

The coordinated-operation stack (PRs 22, 28 and 30) resolved phpnomad/db from a git repository pinned to the operation-local handler bridge branch. That branch is now merged into db's release/2.2 and released as 2.2.4, so this package can depend on the tagged release and drop the repository entry. That makes it installable from Packagist. phpnomad/dbfrom a git repository pinned to the handler-bridge branch. That branch is merged intodb'srelease/2.2and released as 2.2.4, so this changes the requirement to^2.2.4and removes the repository entry, which lets this package install from Packagist. After this merges it gets tagged 1.3.0.Unit suite: 304 tests pass (19 skipped). The real-MySQL coordination suites run in CI.
