Follow-up to #1351.
phrase/actions#40 (default bundler that works with Ruby 3.3) and phrase/actions#41 (default Ruby 4.0.9 / bundler 4.0.7) are merged. This PR pins the
lawa-cisteps andlawa.ymlto the #41 merge commit (13b7fdde) and removes theruby-version/ruby-bundler-versionoverrides added in #1351, so the license checks now run on lawa's defaults (Ruby 4.0.9, bundler 4.0.7).The
v1/v2tags of phrase/actions still point at older commits (v1pins setup-ruby v1.178.0, which fails on ubuntu-26.04), so the SHA pin stays until a release tag includes these changes.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
