FIXES #1736
Summary
This PR updates the Publish to Registry GitHub Actions workflow to publish the official Querybook Docker image to GitHub Container Registry (GHCR).
Changes
Replace the third-party elgohr/Publish-Docker-Github-Action action with Docker's official GitHub Actions.
Publish images to ghcr.io.
Use the repository's GITHUB_TOKEN for authentication instead of Docker Hub credentials.
Preserve the existing latest, patch, minor, and major version tags.
Upgrade actions/checkout to v4.
Use the GitHub Actions cache for Docker builds.
Keep the existing EXTRA_PIP_INSTALLS build argument.
Result
The workflow will publish images such as:
ghcr.io/<organization>/querybook:latest ghcr.io/<organization>/querybook:<version> ghcr.io/<organization>/querybook:<minor> ghcr.io/<organization>/querybook:<major>This provides an official container image through GitHub Container Registry without requiring Docker Hub credentials.
