**Change plan button missing on an Enterprise plan**

If you're on a custom (**Enterprise**) plan, the **Change plan** button is hidden in the **Subscription** section while a payment is past due or your subscription is paused. Update your payment method under **Billing details** so Paddle can charge your card again. Once the payment goes through, the **Change plan** button is back.

If you're confused whether the information you're sending to us qualifies as PII, look at the [explanations and examples](https://plausible.io/blog/pii-examples) in our guide.

:::note
Specific custom property values can't be deleted on their own once they've been recorded. If personal data was sent by mistake, the only way to remove it is to [reset your site data](/reset-site-data), which clears all the stats collected for that site.

## `(none)` values

Plausible will display `(none)` in your dashboard when you send a custom property key with no value, or `null`/`undefined` as a value. Also, when you send one event with a property (e.g. `author`) and another event with the same name, but without the `author` property, then you will also see the `(none)` value because the property has not been sent with every event.

You can see the list of all the pages that you're blocking the traffic from. Click on the "Remove" button next to that page to remove it from the blocklist.

Page rules match the page path only, not the query string. A rule for `/pricing` blocks `/pricing?ref=newsletter` too, and you can't block a page based on its query parameters here.

## Exclude visits by hostname

If you prefer to only record traffic from specific hostnames (and block all the other traffic), you can do so in your site settings:

Note that clicks on download links within `svg` elements are not tracked.

A link is detected as a file download by the file extension at the end of its path, such as `/files/report.pdf`. Some CMSs serve files from addresses without an extension, such as `/web/content/1234`, so clicks on those links aren't detected. To track them, [add a CSS class name](custom-event-goals.md#add-a-css-class-name-to-the-element-you-want-to-track-on-your-site) to the link and track it as a custom event.

## What if I want to track a different file type?

You can also specify a custom list of file types to track with a `file-types` attribute tag. With this, you can track other file types not present in our default list. Say you only want to track `.js` and `.py` files, you can pass the following argument to `plausible.init`:

In the **Imports & Exports** section, you can see the overview of all your existing imports to that specific Plausible dashboard. For each import, we list the Google Analytics property ID, the number of pageviews imported and the time range that the import covers.

Each import brings in the whole Google Analytics property. It can't be split by hostname, so if one property tracked several sites, the data for all of them goes into the one Plausible site you import it into.

## How much data is imported?

Data is imported in aggregate for each date, from your first Google Analytics visitor until your first Plausible Analytics visitor. This is to avoid double-counting visits.

- Another device on the same network visited the site recently
- You tested multiple UTM links without waiting 30 minutes between each

If your campaign link points to a URL that redirects, for example to another subdomain, the redirect must keep the query string. If it drops it, the UTM parameters never reach the page where Plausible runs. The visit is then attributed to its referrer, or shows as **Direct / None** when there's no referrer.

To test UTM attribution reliably, use a device and network combination that has not visited your site in the past 30 minutes. Mobile data on a phone that hasn't visited the site recently is the most reliable option. Check the **Campaigns** tab after the visit to confirm attribution.
